# Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Yaari. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yaari mobile application (available on Android and iOS), website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"), operated by **Kunatic**, the sole proprietorship of Kunal Biswas ("Yaari," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way — whether through our Android app, iOS app, or website — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Yaari

Yaari is a social dining and experiences platform that algorithmically matches verified members into small, curated groups for shared dinners, drinks, and coffee meetups at partner venues. These Terms apply equally regardless of which device or operating system you use to access the Platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least **18 years of age** to create an account or use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including where we believe a user has provided false information, poses a safety risk to other members, or has violated these Terms.

 3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 You agree to notify us immediately at **hello@yaari.live** of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else or maintain more than one active account without our permission.

3.4 We may use identity verification methods (including photo verification) to confirm you are a real person before granting full access to matching and booking features.

4. How the Service Works

4.1 Members submit availability and preferences through the Platform. Our matching engine groups verified members (typically 4–6 people) for a shared dining, drinks, or coffee experience at a partner venue.

4.2 Venue details are typically revealed shortly before the scheduled experience, as indicated within the app.

4.3 Bookings may be subject to early-window and last-minute-window availability, host acceptance, and group balancing logic, as described in the app at the time of booking.

4.4 We do not guarantee that a match, host acceptance, or venue confirmation will occur for every booking request.

5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Certain features, bookings, or events may require payment of a fee, which will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a booking.

5.2 All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details.

5.3 Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

5.4 Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate **Refund and Cancellation Policy**, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Member Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree that you will NOT:

- Provide false, misleading, or impersonated identity information;
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or behave inappropriately toward other members, hosts, or venue staff;
- Use the Platform for any commercial solicitation, promotion, or unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's matching or booking systems;
- Share, sell, or transfer your account or booking to another person;
- Post or share content that is obscene, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any member who violates these standards, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

7. No-Shows and Group Etiquette

7.1 Confirmed bookings are a commitment to attend. Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or disruptive behavior may result in penalties, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform.

7.2 Yaari is not responsible for the conduct of other members, hosts, or venue staff during an in-person meetup. Members interact with each other and with venues at their own discretion and risk.

8. Venue Partnerships

8.1 Venues featured on the Platform are independent third parties. Yaari facilitates the introduction and booking but is not the operator of any venue.

8.2 Yaari is not liable for the quality of food, beverages, service, or safety conditions at any partner venue. Any disputes regarding the in-venue experience should first be raised with the venue directly, and you may also notify us for assistance.

## 9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Yaari are the property of Kunatic or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

10. User Content

Any photos, profile information, reviews, or other content you submit ("User Content") remains yours, but by submitting it you grant Yaari a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You represent that you have the right to share any User Content you submit.

11. Platform Availability

11.1 The Platform is provided on both the Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS), as well as via our website. Features, availability, and version may vary slightly by platform and app version.

11.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaari and Kunatic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or disputes with other members or venues.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

 13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yaari, Kunatic, and their respective officers and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time in accordance with our **Account Deletion Policy**.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app, website, or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
